Applying the IOOI framework with digital tools
Measuring Impact
How can impact be effectively illustrated if it does not follow a linear pattern? Masterpiece for Good measures its impact using the IOOI method: Input, Output, Outcome, Impact.
- INPUT: We document the resources invested in each project, including time, partnerships, materials, and number of participants.
- OUTPUT: We record measurable results such as number of workshops conducted, participants involved, artworks created, installations realized, and public presentations.
- OUTCOME: We collect participant reflections and responses through Padlet. These contributions provide qualitative and quantitative data on engagement, perception, and participation.
- IMPACT: We observe longer term developments such as continued collaborations, follow up activities, and public visibility generated by the project.
Our Tools & Methods
Padlet is used as a digital tool to gather anonymous contributions and to generate statistics that feed into the IOOI evaluation structure.
